I've lost or damaged the DVD with my video! Can I get another copy?
>How does my day of my first skydive looks like?
At the day of your skydive you should show up at the reserved time. Plan to spend around 4 hours of your time with us even if the event itself takes maximum only one hour and half. We are depending on the weather condition and this can, sometimes, cause a delay in your appointment. We have an relaxed atmosphere and plenty of picnic tables to make your stay with us a pleasant one. At the time of your arrival please come to the Manifest and we'll start with risk acceptance document. Shortly after, one of ours experienced instructors will give you a small 15 minutes course regarding your skydive. Meanwhile you can watch the people who have skydive before you land and see how it usually goes.
Then it comes the time to dress up in one of ours jump suits and finally you're in the air plane, climbing to the jumping altitude while enjoying the beautiful view from the safety of our aircrafts. At the right altitude you'll be attached to your instructor and then the door is opening ... and the ecstasy of free-fall begins. 40 seconds later the instructor opens your parachute and for almost 5 minutes you'll fly back to earth where you'll touch down in a nice soft landing.
What do I need to know before I show up for my first skydive?
Very good question, indeed! :)
Reserve a period of 4 hours for the event. If your skydive is booked for noon, be prepared to stay with us until 16:00.
You can bring food with you as long that there's no alcoholic beverage. We have plenty of picnic table to accommodate you.
There's a weight limit and its up to 215 pounds. We can still accommodate people up to 230 pounds but this has to be dealt with on the case by case basis
Dress yourself comfortable but according to the weather conditions. Full covering shoes are required (no sandals) and your shoes should not have sharp edges (hook for laces, etc) that could catch the parachute lines. If they have sharp edges we will cover them with duct tape. We will also give you a jump suit that will go over your cloths.

How much time in advance do I need to reserve?
We are limited by the weather. For example if we have 3 weeks of bad weather all of our schedule will be delayed. Generally speaking, for a weekdays reservation, 3 to 5 days in advance should do it and for a weekend reservation 7 to 10 days should also do it. Keep in mind that those numbers are generally speaking and exceptions can still happen. It might happen, for a weekday reservation, that you'll be jumping in the same day that you're booking it.

Yes. This ensures us of your presence on the agreed day. A $50 deposit per person is required to reserve. This deposit is non refundable. However, it is transferable to another date (if weather is not cooperating) or to another person (if you want to cancel). The deposit remains in your account for a period of three years and it will be lost if you do not attend your appointment and that the weather conditions allow the jump!

It all depends on the physical disability and each case is different. The best way is to get in touch with us to see what exactly we're talking about. For the record, we've already took paraplegics and quadriplegics to their first skydiving.

How reliable is my skydiving reservation?
The reservation itself it's reliable, meaning we won't cancel it. However we might postpone it. We are depending on the weather. We WILL work together with you to find a perfect day that works for you and the weather.
